[SG Politics] Spot-on reference to Singapore-style gerrrymandering

While looking up some other stuff, I came across the gerrymander definition in wikipedia. What I was NOT surprised to find was Singapore being refered to having a gerrymandered electoral system. Good to have this reference in anticipation of the yet-to-be-announced (by May/June 2009 by all accounts) snap general elections in Singapore under the pretext of “oh, we need a strong mandate to bring Singapore out of the current economic rut”.
